El proceso de implementación de una norma de gestión de calidad, por involucrar todos los niveles dela organización, es un proceso, desde el punto de vista de la administración de empresas, muy complejo y, portanto, se deben identificar sus condiciones e impactos. Se pretende, entonces, estudiar dichos impactos, perodesde la percepción del nivel medio de estas organizaciones. Se ha seleccionado el nivel medio por considerarse que es este nivel el que, en última instancia, recibe toda la responsabilidad de implementar la norma; enél se sitúan los recursos tecnológicos más valiosos, que constituyen la esencia del servicio que venden este tipo de empresas.

Abstract: The process of implementation of a norm of quality management, because the levels of the organizationare involved, is a process, from the point of view of the administration of companies, very complex and,therefore, it is necessary to identify its conditions and impacts. It is tried then to study these impacts, but from theperception of the middle level of these organizations. The middle level has been selected to consider itself theone that in last instance receives all the responsibility to implement the norm; the more valuable technologicalresources are located in it, they constitute the essence of the service that sell this type of companies.
