Deforestation is a process that has increased in different areas of the world that is directly related to human activities, this is one of the factors that affect the regulation of water basins. The objective is to develop a methodology to make an evaluation. This is an index of the water regulation, the frequency, the information about the hydrographic basin that contains the PPN orchids. Contrasting the evaluation of water regulation and the multitemporal study of coverage following the Corine Land methodology Coverage adapted for Colombia up to a third level evaluating ten coverages. The change of social networks is identified
