Este artículo describe el desarrollo de un control en cascada de flujo y nivel por métodos de lógica difusa, evaluando los algoritmos de control Mamdani y Takagi-Sugeno implementados en un sistema de mosto para la fabricación de etanol. Los algoritmos de control fueron previamente simulados en MATLAB y desarrollados en la plataforma de programación gráfica de LabVIEW 7.1 de National Instruments.

Abstract: This article describes the development of a flow and level cascade control by diffuse methods, evaluating the Mamdami and Takagi-Sugeno control algorithms. They were implemented in the system for the ethanol manufacture. The algorithms were simulated with MATLAB 5.3 and developed in the graphical programming environment of LabVIEW 7.1, National Instruments.
