El artículo corresponde a una investigación en los sectores de Confecciones y de Alimentos y Bebidas sobre el impacto de las técnicas clásicas de la Ingeniería Industrial en la productividad. Se entrevistaron cerca de 90 jefes o responsables de esta ·rea profesional. Se registran los impactos positivos y negativos de acuerdo con el efecto sobre la empresa, los trabajadores y los clientes. Los resultados muestran efectos positivos sobre la productividad y la producción y no se encuentra mayor oposición por parte de trabajadores y sindicatos.
Abstract: The paper concerns a research in the sectors of Dressmaking and of Food and Drinks on the impact of the classic techniques of Industrial Engineering in the productivity. Almost 90 chiefs or responsible for this professional area were interviewed. The positive and negative impacts, in accordance with the effect on the company, the workpeople and the clients, are registered. The results show positive effects on productivity and production. also it was found that there is not major opposition from workers and unions.
